In these Terms and Conditions, the terms "we", "us", "our", "AngryCat Customs" and "the Company" refer to AngryCatDesign LTD, a limited company incorporated in England and Wales. The online store and its products and services are operated and supplied by AngryCatDesign LTD trading as AngryCat Customs.
AngryCat Customs is the trading name of AngryCatDesign LTD and is the name under which this online store operates.
Our online store is operated under the AngryCat Customs trading name and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services made available through the website (collectively, the "Services").
Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms and Conditions, together with any policies referred to within them, explain the terms that apply when you access or use our Services or purchase products from us.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services or placing an order.
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
You may browse our website without creating an account.
Where an account is available, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate, complete and kept up to date.
When placing an order, you may be required to provide information including your name, email address, billing information, delivery address and payment information.
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
You are responsible for keeping any account login details confidential and for activity carried out through your account.
You must not sell, transfer or otherwise provide your account to another person.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect our business, website or customers.
SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, colours displayed on a screen may differ slightly from the physical product depending on your device, display settings and other factors.
Product images are provided for illustration purposes unless otherwise stated.
Minor variations in colour, texture, positioning or appearance may occur between products.
Where products are handmade, printed, customised or produced in small batches, reasonable variations may occur.
These variations will not affect your statutory consumer rights where a product does not conform to the contract.
We reserve the right to:
Change product specifications.
Update product descriptions.
Discontinue products.
Limit quantities.
Correct errors.
Refuse unreasonable or fraudulent orders.
SECTION 3 — CUSTOM AND PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied for a custom product is accurate.
Once production has started, we may be unable to make changes to a custom order.
Custom products and returns
Because custom and personalised products are made specifically for you, they are generally not eligible for cancellation or return simply because you have changed your mind, where the law permits this exception.
However, this does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
If a custom product is:
Faulty;
Damaged;
Incorrectly produced;
Materially different from what you ordered; or
Otherwise does not conform to the contract,
you should contact us and we will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
You can find further information in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Customer-supplied content
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to use any images, artwork, text, logos or other material supplied to us for customisation.
You must not provide content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights.
We reserve the right to refuse a customisation request where we reasonably believe the requested content is unlawful, infringing, abusive or otherwise inappropriate.
SECTION 4 — ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.
An automated order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A contract for the purchase of products will be formed when we accept your order and confirm this to you, or when we dispatch the products, where applicable.
We may decline or cancel an order where, for example:
A product is unavailable.
There is an obvious pricing or description error.
We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
We are unable to fulfil the order.
A customisation request cannot reasonably be completed.
We are unable to deliver to the specified destination.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.
Where possible, we will contact you using the information provided with your order.
SECTION 5 — CANCELLING ORDERS

We will try to accommodate cancellation requests where production or fulfilment has not started.
However, cancellation may not be possible once an order has entered production, has been customised, or has been dispatched.
This does not affect any cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
For eligible distance purchases, consumers may have a statutory cancellation period. Further information is provided in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
SECTION 6 — PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
The price payable for a product will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
We may change prices from time to time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted.
Delivery charges will be displayed separately where applicable.
VAT
Where applicable, prices will be displayed inclusive of VAT in accordance with applicable UK requirements.
If VAT is not applicable to our business or a particular transaction, this will be reflected in our pricing.
Payment
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
We accept the payment methods made available through our checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Goods that are not fit for purpose.
Goods that do not conform to the contract.
